Vintage 1960’s 1970’s Brown Velvet Flared Two Piece Suit

Next up tonight, this fabulous 70’s brown velvet flared two piece suit! This is absolutely one of the finest velvet suits like this I’ve had. I sourced it from the original owner who said they wore it once to a wedding in 1973 and it certainly shows! The condition is very good with only one visible scuff mark. The velvet is plus and soft. I love the overall finishing details on this one with the visible stitching and rounded wide lapels. The flares on this are also excellently wide! It’s getting really hard to find velvet suits now in general but espeically with big flares! Don’t sleep on this one! There’s plenty of fabric for this to be tailored as is often needed with vintage suits.
