We are willing to post worldwide, just get in touch! All of our shipping within the UK and internationally is sent fully tracked. Please enter your email address at checkout to receive the tracking information.

Please be aware that Moondream Vintage is not responsible for customs shipment delays or charges set by your local imports office. Customs and Imports may vary depending on the cost of your order and your location. 

Returns

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges, so please make sure to contact us with any questions before purchase. If there is an issue with your order please get in touch immediately via Instagram DM @moondream_vintage or email at moondreamvintage@outlook.com.

Sizing

Sizes are an approximation based on listed approximate measurements. If you are unsure on fitting, be sure to compare them to something of your own before purchase. Please contact us for any queries on sizing and or help with measuring your own items to work out your sizing and required fitting.

Installment Plans

For orders over £100, we offer installment plans for more time to pay, especially for return customers. Please contact me for details via Instagram DM @moondream_vintage or email at moondreamvintage@outlook.com. Payments made via installments are non refundable. Item will be marked as reserved on receipt of the first payment, and posted on receipt of the agreed final payment.

Is there a particular vintage piece you've always dreamt of finding? We now offer sourcing and private outfitting services for customers! If there is something you're trying to find, simply get in touch via Instagram or email with info/pics on what you are trying to find and we will endeavor to hunt it down for you!
